Red Rose Car Rental LLC ("Red Rose Car Rental," "we," "us," or "our") operates redrosecarrental.com. This site is currently in pre-launch — we are not yet facilitating vehicle rentals. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our waitlist signup form and website.

2. Information We Collect

Through the waitlist signup form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Vehicle interest category (Everyday Driver / Tourist / Rideshare / Luxury)
• Anticipated rental timeframe

Through your browser, we use the Web Storage API — not cookies — as follows:

We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising trackers, or any other tracking technology at this time. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or behavioral data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Add you to our pre-launch waitlist
• Send you your founding member discount code and a launch notification by email
• Send periodic updates about Red Rose Car Rental's opening, vehicles, and offers
• Understand aggregate interest in vehicle categories and timing for internal planning

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Marketing Communications

By submitting the waitlist form, you agree to receive email communications from Red Rose Car Rental LLC, including your discount code and launch updates. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@redrosecarrental.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Opting out of marketing does not delete your waitlist entry unless you also request deletion under Section 9.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We use third-party service providers to store waitlist data and send transactional and marketing emails. These providers act as processors under our direction and are contractually required to maintain appropriate security measures. We do not name specific vendors in this policy as they may change; we will update this policy if our data handling practices change materially.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature and volume of the data we hold. No internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. How Long We Retain Your Information

We retain waitlist data for as long as the waitlist program is active, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If Red Rose Car Rental LLC does not launch within a reasonable period, we will delete waitlist data and notify subscribers.

7. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share your information only:

• With service providers who help us operate the waitlist and send emails (as processors, under confidentiality obligations)
• If required by law, court order, or valid governmental request
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, with prior notice to you

This site does not use cookies. Browser storage usage is described in Section 2. You can clear sessionStorage and localStorage at any time through your browser settings (typically under Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data).

13. Pennsylvania Residents

This policy is governed by Pennsylvania law. Privacy-related concerns may also be directed to the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General, Bureau of Consumer Protection.

We may update this policy as our services and data practices evolve. We will post the revised policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist subscribers by email.
