1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using redrosecarrental.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.

2. Who We Are

The Site is operated by Red Rose Car Rental LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal place of business in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

3. Current Services — Informational Pre-Launch Only

The Site currently provides:

• General information about Red Rose Car Rental LLC and its planned vehicle fleet
• A waitlist signup form for prospective customers
• Marketing content describing anticipated future services

The Site does not currently facilitate vehicle rentals, process payments, issue rental agreements, or provide any transportation services. All descriptions of pricing, vehicles, availability, and services are forward-looking and subject to change without notice.

4. Waitlist Program

By submitting the waitlist form, you:

• Express interest in renting from Red Rose Car Rental LLC upon launch
• Consent to receive email communications including a discount code and launch updates
• Acknowledge that joining the waitlist does not reserve a vehicle, guarantee availability, or lock in any pricing
• Understand the founding member discount (currently described as 15% off a first rental) is contingent on the company launching and subject to conditions, limitations, and exclusions to be disclosed at the time of booking
• Understand that founding member spots are limited and may be capped or closed at the company's sole discretion without notice
• Acknowledge the discount code has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is void where prohibited by law

5. Future Rental Agreement — Separate Terms Apply

When Red Rose Car Rental LLC begins offering rentals, each booking will be governed by a separate Rental Agreement presented at the time of reservation. That agreement will address, among other things:

• Driver eligibility, minimum age, and license requirements
• Insurance and liability requirements
• Vehicle condition, inspection, and return requirements
• Fuel policy
• Mileage terms (unlimited miles is the current intent but is subject to final rental terms)
• Fees for late returns, damage, cleaning, and other events
• Deposit and payment terms

Nothing in these Terms constitutes or implies a rental agreement of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, vehicle descriptions, the "Red Rose Car Rental" name and mark, and all branding — is owned by or licensed to Red Rose Car Rental LLC. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial browsing is permitted.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Red Rose Car Rental LLC at info@redrosecarrental.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the parties cannot reach resolution within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies under Section 12.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Rose Car Rental LLC regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
